Carolina Freedom 9U Defeats Carolina Raiders Despite Allowing 3-Run Inning

Despite allowing three runs in the fourth inning, Carolina Freedom 9U defeated Carolina Raiders 11-3 on Sunday. Josh, Lincoln, and Bryce powered the big inning with RBIs.


Carolina Freedom 9U secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the second inning. Noah G, Wyatt M, Caleb T, Parker G, Colton S, and Jase F each had RBIs in the frame.


Jackson A led things off on the mound for Carolina Freedom 9U. He allowed four hits and three runs over five innings, striking out four.


Josh was on the mound for Carolina Raiders. He went four innings, allowing 11 runs on nine hits and striking out five.


Carolina Freedom 9U had nine hits in the game. Wyatt and Jase each managed multiple hits for Carolina Freedom 9U. Jase and Wyatt each collected two hits to lead Carolina Freedom 9U.


Carolina Freedom 9U tore up the base paths, as four players stole at least two bases. Jacksonled the way with five.
